Hi Evelyn What delicious looking ANZAC biscuits you have made. Was it hard mixing all the ingredients? How did they taste when they were cooked? My children always sneak the cookies off the tray as soon as they come out of the oven so I often have to make a double batch to make sure there is enough left for my cookie container.
